David Giraldi, President /CEO
Mr. Giraldi began his professional career in 1979 working for the Luzerne Intermediate Unit teaching students with developmental disabilities at both a junior high school and senior vocational technical school. He later accepted a position in 1982 at the Devereux Foundation as the Supported Employment Coordinator and in 1988 was hired by the Northwest Center as their Vocational Director. Mr. Giraldi joined Pathway Employment and Training Services in 1992 as the Executive Director (agency later changed its name to Gateway Employment Resources, Inc.) Mr. Giraldi became President/CEO of Gateway Employment Resources, Inc. in 2009.
Mr. Giraldi serves as Vice President of PA APSE (Association for People in Supported Employment). He is also a member of the Spring-Ford and Pottstown Tri-County Chambers of Commerce. Mr. Giraldi has a BS from the Pennsylvania State University and he resides in Royersford, PA with his wife and 3 children. His 16 year old son Jordon has autism.

Ann Marie Giraldi, Development Director
Mrs. Giraldi will be celebrating her 16th anniversary at Gateway Employment, beginning as the Development Coordinator in 1995. Ann Marie is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Individual & Family Studies. She coordinates three major fundraising events per year and continues to develop & cultivate relationships within the community through job fairs and speaking engagements to educate the community, business, and industry regarding the potential of individuals with disabilities. She is the mother of three including a son with autism.

Bob Aaron, Financial Director
Mr. Aaron graduated from Temple University with a dual major in Finance and Economics. In his senior year at Temple, he was the University’s recipient of the Financial Executives Institute’s Gold Medallion Award, which recognizes the outstanding academic achievement of students majoring in Finance and Accounting. After spending many years in the corporate accounting arena, he turned his focus to being of service to the non-profit sector, and has been with Gateway Employment since June of 1999. In his free time, he serves as school board President of St. Peter & Paul’s Elementary School in Lehighton, and is a coach in the Lehighton Area Youth Soccer League.
Mr. Aaron resides in Carbon County with his wife and two daughters

Diane Haeberlein, Program Director
Ms. Haeberlein recently celebrated her 22nd anniversary at Gateway Employment, starting as an employment specialist in 1988. Diane graduated from Gwynedd- Mercy College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education in 1983. She was awarded with the Montgomery County Mental Retardation Award for Exemplary Service for a Non-Residential Management Staff in 1997. She currently serves as Gateway's program director

Tina Cooper, Employment Coordinator
This year Tina Cooper will celebrate her 13th anniversary at Gateway Employment Resources, where she has served for the past five years as Gateway’s Employment Coordinator. She began her career here in 1998 as a Job Developer. During her previous working career she was the Assistant Aquatic Director at a local YMCA, held administrative positions for a marketing services company and a travel agency. She also taught at a private day school/camp.Tina earned a degree in Early Childhood Education.
